a day in the life of.....

Sadie.....she plays little people and likes to wear a leotard even though ballet was yesterday. I keep forgetting to take the camera to her class but will try to remember next week. She likes to ride her bike with Camryn and wear her Hannah Montana sunglasses to and from the pool.
And she loves to take baths. She had 2 today.
Today we went outside to take some pictures but had to come in quick b/c mosquitos suddenly attacked us. We like how Hudson's hair sticks up on top. Speaking of baby hair, I'm watching the Republican National Convention as I type and a few minutes ago, Sarah Palin's youngest daughter licked her hand and then smoothed down her baby brother's hair. It was so cute.
it's been kind of a week of milestones around here, with camryn starting kindergarten being the biggest one of course. after 4 days now she is doing better. still a little teary eyed when i drop her off but today she didn't cry any other time during the day. she has had a hard time falling asleep at night, but tonight she fell asleep a little earlier and at lunch today she ate most of her lunch for the first time. i think the cafeteria and the playground have been a little overwhelming for her to be in a sea of new people. but in the afternoon when i pick her up she is happy and loves to ride her bike like this.....

Hudson sits up by himself (almost). He usually falls over after a few seconds b/c he's so squirmy and busy. He just dives forward. Just sitting there is too boring for him I guess.

Sometimes I go jogging and last night the girls wanted to dress like me and go with me. Camryn did jog down the street and back with me. Hudson likes to ride in his red car!

And i'm up really late tonight. Usually I can't keep my eyes open this time of night, but since Hudson is finally starting to sleep through the night, I feel like a new person. Halleluia!!!
