so, the weekend is over. we survived hurricane hannah and didn't lose power like some people did around here. tomorrow i will have a morning to hang out with hudson since sadie is starting preschool. she loves that she has to take extra clothes in her backpack incase there is some type of accident or spill. she likes to take 2 extra outfits and chooses them carefully. i guess in the case of a spill she wants to make sure her back up outfit is stylish or something.
camryn will have her 1st full 5 day week and i'm going to go eat lunch with her tomorrow at precisely 11:06 a.m. She has requested that i bring her a chicken soft taco from Moe's for lunch. i told her i'm not sure they will be making them that early but that i'll check. so she said if Moe's isn't open, i could just stop by Panera and pick up some broccoli cheese soup. what am i? a lunch delivery service? then tuesday she wants to eat the school lunch for the 1st time b/c it's cheeseburger day.

i haven't eaten any dinner tonight b/c i was too full from going to a party this afternoon where there was a chocolate fountain with things to dip in it like strawberries, poundcake, bananas, etc. i had never seen one of those before but i'm thinking of having one installed somewhere in my house. where would be the best place for one? right next to my bed? but then what if i became one of those people who eats in their sleep. no that wouldn't work since my duvet cover is white. i guess it would have to go in the kitchen.

Oh, on thursday night after the Cornerstone weekly meeting, all the freshmen were invited over to our house for dessert. I think maybe all the freshmen enrolled at UNC showed up. Because this was the picture Miles took from our kitchen table
and then he turned to the left and took one of our family room which looked like this
they were packed in here like sardines. i think maybe some never even made it inside.

Our girls should be neighbors, they could spend a lot of time together rotating through outfits. I'm positive people think that I make them wear dresses to school. I've tried to make them wear jeans. We found a garage sale full of jeans Z.'s size, and she would only let me buy one pair. She won't be needing anymore.

So, how big is your next party going to be?

yes, i think they would have a lot in common. camryn won't wear jeans either. i bought one pair last fall and she never wore them. this year i won't buy any. she only likes comfy knit pants or dresses or skirts.
