For the longest time we have anticipated a trip for our ten year anniversary. And here we are. It's beautiful even though it's been cloudy, raining and a little cool the first 2 days, which is why i have time to post on my blog. We tried, but relized it was too cold to be in a bathing suit on the beach today, but we had fun exploring the island and trying to wake up from our 12 hour sleep last night. That was the first time in about 5 years that i've slept that much which was probably too much as it's almost dinner time and i still feel groggy. We decided to cut back to 10 hrs. tonight. At least i have been able to hold back the tears today. Yesterday, traveling here i cried about 10 or 15 different times. I was so emotional about leaving the girls. They are having a great time at home and are fine without us, but it was hard to leave them. Hopefully i'll get to post a picture of us in the sunshine soon!

hey, i totally hear you about the leaving the kids thing - so sad and hard. its almost funny like how much we need the break and then its hard to enjoy .anyway... glad you guys are there and having fun. Love, gina
