full time tourists

We've pretty much been profesional tourists here the last few days. You can't spend much time in Seattle without taking a Ferry boat somewhere. This is the Kingston Ferry which took us to a town somewhere on the Olympic Peninsula. Miles couldn't believe he was taking pictures of the space needle today since he grew up here. For those of you Carolina grads reading this, you remember Mike Johnson who now lives here right? He just happens to be working at the space needle for 6 weeks and lucky for us we are here while he has that job. So he took us up free to the top today with his special pass and saved us about $100 that we would have paid for 6 tickets. This is us on the top. Guess which daughter didn't want to take a picture? A little happier about taking a picture at the top of this ferris wheel!
Recognize anyone walking by Pike Place Market in this picture?
Can you spot Mt. Rainier in the background of this picture? It pops up out of nowhere and it's beautiful! We took this picture from the top of the space needle.
Sadie got a hair wrap at Pike Place Market.....she was very proud of it.
Last night Miles and I went out for Indian food (way better than the Indian food at home) and then to Zoka, our favorite coffee shop. Just look at these lattes. Aren't they beautiful? Matt, Krista, and Nicole....I thought of you.....

There are 2 things we do like a ritual in Seattle- Zoka's and Taste of India. We convinced our kids to eat nan on this last trip. We're in Orlando right now. There's not even a Starbucks.
