the birthday

so this is how we spent Miles' birthday.....

after church we went to Pei Wei for lunch, then came home and Miles watched the European soccer championship game with Hudson.

while i made a cake....a chocolate one....then we went to our friend's house for dinner....here's all the kids eating the cake....

the chocolate frosting is really easy......

1 cup chocolate chips

4 Tablespoons butter

2 1/2 cups powder sugar

1/4 cup milk

melt choc. chips and butter in microwave for a minute. stir. add sugar and milk. stir some more. that's it. (but i do recommend sifting the sugar....sorry to make it more difficult)
