Here's the purple cake I made with some help from Camryn, Sadie and our friend Jeanette....
This is Sadie's friend Emory....

the kids made their own party hats....
Sadie had a great time until the pinata broke. I guess we didn't explain to her that it would have to break for the candy to come out. She cried a little about that....
Luckily we had Eli there who could give the pinata some good hits....

3 already, how does the time fly? i was lamenting to grant the other day that i wished i could go back in time and enjoy winston again as a tiny baby and he looked at lincoln and said 'he's right there' - because they are the same kid (looks wise!) so funny.
sadie's party looked like fun!
