Just like any parent says when their kid has a birthday....I can't believe how fast time is going by and that tomorrow Hudson turns 3!!!!  How did this happen?  He's no longer a baby but a very funny, smart, imaginative little boy who loves super heroes,cars and trucks, soccer, playing outside,  riding his scooter.....and looks for opportunities to say words like "poo-poo."  And of course he still loves all things Buzz Lightyear.

This past Sunday we had a small party for him.  Since he was turning 3 I let him pick 3 friends to invite and I made this cake...

He had fun with his friends and just getting some "boy time" to run around outside with them....

After cake we went outside so that he could ride his new razor scooter with his friends....until it got dark and they were starting to crash into each other....

He really had a great time at his party and I was glad we kept it small and got to focus on him rather than entertaining a big crowd.....And we all loved having his gramma and papa here this weekend to celebrate with us....
