.....who had a birthday party at our house today?

yes, our little man is a year old already. hard for us to believe.

this next picture is the sweet smile he had on his face while we were singing happy birthday....

he had a great day and enjoyed all the attention and all the people who came to celebrate with us....this is how i left him when i went to the other room to cut the chocolate cake.....and when i returned a few minutes later i found him like this.....

and pretty soon after this he started throwing cake on the floor...just before the party started, sadie decided that her tinkerbell costume would make a good party dress

today started out like most sunday mornings do, with a lot of drama for the girls getting dressed for church. camryn only has 2 dresses she will wear to church and she can never find a pair of tights that "feel" right. and sadie's current dilemna with getting dressed is finding a shirt with just the right length of sleeves. mayeb when summer comes they won't have these problems. i think it was last sunday that i picked up hudson and said "thank you for being a boy"

today was a great day...... it was a milestone.....and it was our last "first birthday" party
